30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached. Perfumes must be unopened and in their original seal.

How to start a return

• Email hello@shanzayb.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
• We’ll send a prepaid return label for US orders; international customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know in your return email and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original — no need to wait for the refund to process first.

International returns

Customers in Canada, Australia and the EU are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Any customs duties paid on the original order are non-refundable by us — they’re collected by your local customs authority, not Shanzay B.
